Many patients live far from the specialist hospitals they need to visit. Whether it is a follow-up in Nairobi after surgery, a chemotherapy session, or a consultation with a specialist, the journey itself can be a barrier to care.
Our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation service collects patients from anywhere in Kenya — for example, from Kisumu to Nairobi for a scheduled appointment — and brings them back home once their visit is complete. A trained attendant accompanies the patient throughout the trip.
We coordinate timing with your hospital appointment, your family, and (where applicable) accommodation through our Medical BnB service so the entire journey is one seamless experience.
