How a mission unfolds
A clear, coordinated process so families always know what happens next.
1. Call & Clinical Triage
You reach our 24/7 line. Our medical team gathers patient information, speaks with the treating doctor, and confirms whether air evacuation is the right option.
2. Plan & Authorise
We select the right aircraft and medical configuration, arrange flight permits and hospital acceptance, and confirm costs and authorisation with the family or insurer.
3. Mobilise the Crew
A specialist flight medical team is dispatched with the equipment needed for the case — from neonatal incubators to ICU ventilators.
4. Bedside Pick-up
Ground ambulance collects the patient from the referring hospital. The patient is stabilised, packaged for flight, and transferred to the aircraft.
5. In-flight Care
Continuous monitoring, medication, and clinical intervention throughout the flight — with real-time updates to the receiving team.
6. Hand-over & Follow-up
Direct hand-over to the receiving hospital with a full clinical report, followed by a courtesy follow-up call with the family.
